Project Structure
Projects are structured on a modified 2-week sprint cycle to suit a student context. Each developer generally is assigned 1-2 tasks to be completed over this two week cycle.

Participants
Project Manager (1 person)
Selection Criteria:
A student who shows a keen interest in the project management lifecycle and is wanting to take a leadership role within a developer team.
Responsibilities include engaging with the client and participating a backlog planning meetings with the technical lead. Creates user stories alongside the technical lead. Prioritises the backlog. Responsible for the wellbeing of the project team.
Technical Lead (1 person)
Selection Criteria:
A student (typically 3rd/4th year) with demonstrated technical abilities and is wanting to take a leadership role within a development team. Should have a big-picture in terms of a solution's architecture and design.
Responsibilities include engaging with the client and participating in backlog planning meetings with the project manager. Create adequately sized user stories alongside the project manager. Works with the WDCC projects team to deploy final solutions. Makes high-level architectural decisions relating to the underlying technologies.
Developer (6-8 people)
Selection Criteria:
A student who wish to gain experience using web-based technologies working with a real-world client. Student selection will result in a team with a mix of experiences and upskilling opportunities.
